Whirling Walls

Whirling Walls

An image of the intricate patterns and brilliant colors of  Upper Antelope Canyon in Northern Arizona.  I could spend hours viewing and photographing these fascinating slot canyons. What is a slot canyon? That terminology is used to describe a canyon that is significantly deeper than wide. In many of these slot canyons, one can barely squeeze through narrow passageways. Because of their depth, light streams through creating fantastic light conditions; that is generally best around the noon hour.
