I spent a few years in the Gros Ventre Mtns in the mid 70's. We understood then that the antelope migrated to and from the Red Desert near the Kinky Cr. Divide between Gros Ventre River and the Green River near Pinedale. At the time, antelope were present but relatively uncommon in the Gros Ventre.
