And what about John Cox and Michael Jingozian?

Letter to the Editor - From the September 17, 2007 issue of High Country News by Steve Williams
You left out quite a few of the major candidates in your article about how much presidential candidates are collecting around the West (HCN, 8/6/07). Usually HCN does better, but here it seems like you're acting like the mainstream media - how are people to know about candidates like Dennis Kucinich, Mike Gravel, Mike Huckabee and the like? It was an interesting article, but your exclusions lessened it.

Certainly, the other candidates may be "fringe" candidates, but a couple of them have real courage, and their voting records stand up to their convictions, not like the "mainstream" candidates do. I urge you to be a little more open when discussing the presidential campaign in the future.
